Instead of sending Season’s Greetings cards we have a tradition of supporting quality of life and equal rights for people with disabilities in less-resourced countries.
This year we have contributed to the National Society for Rehabilitation in Gaza, Palestine for their work with assistive devices for children with disabilities in their CBR, Community-Based Rehabilitation programme that is also supported by Diakonia in Sweden. NSR works since 1990 for rehabilitation/habilitation and provision of assistive devices for persons with disabilities in Gaza.
