This report introduces the results of a quality test of 3G telephones orientated towards the needs of deaf, hard of hearing and deafblind users. Some of the parameters tested are frame rate frequency, camera angle and interoperability and also the possibility of cutting out the GSM network, signing with both hands and connecting the phone to a neckloop.
